FIX: An error occurred while loading the troubleshooter
computer troubleshooting can be a tricky thing. But in Windows 10/8/7, there is a built-in troubleshooters that can help you to resolve most common Windows problems automatically in a few clicks.
For example, if you can not add new hardware, or there is a problem such as an unexpected keyboard behaviour, program compatibility issues, search and indexing problem, update Windows problems, etc., Windows Troubleshooters can help.
However, Troubleshooters does not always work well. Sometimes, when you’re trying to fix a computer problem, the error “Error while solving the problem” will appear on your computer screen in Windows 10/8/7, followed by an additional message.
Solution 1: Run System Restore

Solution 2: Start the Cryptographic Services Using Service Manager
This solution is the most common and can fix the problem solving immediate problems. If the Cryptographic Services is not running in the background, “error occurs when solving” the problem will occur on Windows 10/8/7. Thus, you need to activate the service.
Follow these steps to enable the Cryptographic Services:
Step 1: Press the Windows and R keys on your keyboard at the same time to call the Run dialog. Then, enter services.msc in the text box and click OK or Enter.
Step 2: After running the Services window, scroll down the list to find Cryptographic Services, double-click and set the Startup type to Automatic under the General tab. If Cryptographic Services is not running, you can click the Start button to run immediately.
Step 3: Finally, click Apply and OK to make all the changes are effective.
