Method 1: Delete New Software or Driver Installation

  • Click on Advanced Options.
  • Click on system recovery.
  • Select the target operating system to recover.
  • Select the backup image system. The latest available system images are checked by default. However, if you don’t like it, you can choose your system image and click Next.
  • Click Next to continue. Don’t check the format and repartition options because this will delete everything on your computer’s hard disk and repartition your hard disk.
  • Click Yes when you see a warning message that says, “All data on the drive to be restored will be replaced with data in the system image. Are you sure you want to continue?”
  • Then, the recovery process will take time to recover all system files and users.
