Adobe SpeedGrade is end of life. Adobe stopped the standalone grader in August 2017 and pointed color work at Lumetri inside Premiere. There is no SpeedGrade 2026 installer on Adobe.com. “SpeedGrade CC 2026 full” is not a product. Use Premiere (or Resolve if you want a dedicated grade box).

Adobe SpeedGrade for Windows (discontinued)

Not a current Adobe.com download.
SpeedGrade was the Iridas / Adobe desktop color app. Premiere no longer round-trips to it. If SpeedGrade is already on an old edit station, treat it as unsupported leftover.

SpeedGrade — no public download

Windows · Development stopped Aug 2017 · Use Lumetri in Premiere

Adobe’s 2017 note: Professional Color at Adobe.
Do not run SpeedGrade_2026_Unlocked.exe. That is not Adobe.

Work PCs: do not deploy SpeedGrade. Deploy Premiere.

Use Premiere Lumetri · Already have SpeedGrade? · Need a grader?

If you searched for “SpeedGrade 2026 full,” “CC 2015 portable,” or “activated”

There is no extra unlocked setup and no 2026 SKU.

• Install Premiere from Creative Cloud
• Apply Lumetri Color (panel and/or Effect Controls — Premiere’s UI has moved around)
• Use Look / LUT workflows in Premiere or After Effects

A “SpeedGrade CC 2015 pre-activated” folder plus an amtlib patch is stolen licensing. Grey-market keys will not restore Direct Link.

Your download will not start on Adobe.com

Creative Cloud will not sell you a new SpeedGrade seat. Older-apps lists, if they still mention the name, are not a support path.

What to do next

1. Install Premiere from Creative Cloud.
2. Color in Lumetri.
3. If you need a purpose-built grader, that is DaVinci Resolve — not a forum SpeedGrade ISO.
4. If an old PC still has SpeedGrade, export looks / notes, then stop depending on .irl / .Look round-trip.

Do not take a 2 GB “SpeedGrade ISO” from a forum.

Already installed? It may still launch on an old OS. There is no patch train. Do not format that box until grades are baked or documented.

Windows may warn you. Check the publisher.

• Publisher should read Adobe if a leftover official build is already on the machine.
• Any “SpeedGrade 2026” EXE from a file host — cancel.
• Do not turn off Defender to “restore Direct Link.”

Pick the right Windows file

Not this download

• Magic Bullet / FilmConvert labelled SpeedGrade
• Prelude (also dead)
• Premiere Rush (also dead)

Trial and subscription

You cannot buy SpeedGrade. Premiere is the paid/trial path.

A $15 “SpeedGrade lifetime 2026” key is not Adobe.

Will Adobe SpeedGrade run on this PC?

Only if SpeedGrade is already installed. New Windows 11 feature updates can break a 2015–2017 binary. Do not plan a new color suite on it.

Already installed? Copy stills / LUT notes out. Move the show to Premiere this week.

Last export (if SpeedGrade still opens)

1. Open the old grade.
2. Note shots and looks.
3. Export a reference or LUT if the build still can.
4. Match in Premiere Lumetri.
5. Uninstall SpeedGrade when Premiere owns the job.

If SpeedGrade will not install

• Not in CC — expected since 2017.
• New PC — use Premiere.
• 40 MB SG_Unlocked — leave.

Why this Adobe SpeedGrade page still exists

• People still search “download SpeedGrade”
• A few 2015-era towers still have the app
• Adobe’s replacement is Lumetri in Premiere

It is not a reason to start a 2026 grade in SpeedGrade.

Questions before you trust an installer

Is there an official SpeedGrade 2026 EXE?
No.

Is SpeedGrade free because it is dead?
No.

SpeedGrade vs Lumetri?
SpeedGrade is the dead standalone. Lumetri is the live Premiere tool.

Safe?
Only a leftover Adobe install you already had. Forum “SpeedGrade 2026 full” files are the risk.

After you read the 2017 note

Install Premiere. Grade in Lumetri. Leave SpeedGrade on the shelf.
