Current Help index lists Parametric 13.4 | 12.4 | 11.0… and Creo+. Official installers: PTC eSupport → Software Download after you log in. Official help: ptc.com/en/support/help/creo. “Creo 11.0 M020 + HelpCenter unlocked” is not PTC. Trial / student paths stay on PTC. This is not SolidWorks. Use it on models your company owns. Licence files come from PTC License Management, not a keygen.

There is no extra unlocked suite.

• PTC account → eSupport → Download Software
• Pick Creo Parametric (or Creo+) + datecode that matches your contract
• Licence file from License Management
• Help: online Help Center or help media in the same download list

A “13.0 M090 pre-activated” folder plus a patched ptc_d daemon is stolen licensing. Grey-market keys are often recycled.

Help Center version must match Creo (13.4 help on 12.4 is the wrong book).

Your PTC Creo download should start on support.ptc.com / eSupport

If the ISO is 800 MB named Creo13_Crack, leave. Real Creo stages are many GB.

What to do next

1. Create / sign in to eSupport.
2. Software Download → Creo Parametric / Creo+ → your entitled datecode.
3. Run PTC Installation Assistant / setup.
4. Point at the licence file PTC emailed.
5. Install Help if you want it offline; otherwise use Help Centers.

Student / trial: only the packages PTC lists as trial — not a “university ISO” from a forum.

Windows may warn you. Check the publisher.

• SmartScreen can appear on a multi-GB CAD suite. Use More info only if that name matches.
• Do not turn off Defender to “skip FlexLM.”
• Certified GPU + current driver; OpenGL 4.3 / 8 GB VRAM is the modern recommendation.

Trial from PTC’s Creo trial pages. Paid: subscription / support + licence file. Creo+ is a different commerce path. Cancel/renew in the PTC account. Student seats are not commercial.

A $40 “Creo 13 lifetime + HelpCenter” key is not PTC.

Will it run on this PC?

PTC hardware notes (Creo 12 class): Windows 11 23H2–25H2; Win10 22H2 only on older trains and they warn Microsoft ended Win10 standard support. 32 GB RAM recommended. 1280×1024, 3-button mouse, NTFS. Server OS = batch, not a full GUI seat. Help Center: Edge / Chrome / Firefox. Generative / Simulation Live want extra GPU checks.

Already installed? eSupport datecode + Help Center for that build. You do not hunt a second “full.”

Install, first part, and Help

First run

1. Open Creo Parametric.
2. New part.
3. F1 / Help Center for your version.
4. Save on a company vault / disk you own.
5. Don’t load a cracked Toolkit DLL.

Uninstall: Settings → Apps / PTC installer.

If it did not work

• No licence file — eSupport, not a keygen.
• Help 404 — wrong version selected on the Help index.
• 90 MB Creo_Unlocked — leave.
