Adobe Dimension is the older CC 3D mockup app. Current build is 4.1.7 (21 January 2026) — security fixes only. Adobe’s 3D work moved to Substance 3D Stager. “Dimension 2026 full” is not a cracked ISO. If you are starting new 3D, install Stager, not Dimension.

If you searched for “Dimension 2026 full,” “Project Felix unlocked,” or “activated”

There is no extra unlocked setup, and there is no 2026 feature product.

• Sign in with a paid Adobe ID that still lists Dimension
• Click Install
• Stay online the first launch so Adobe can activate

A “4.1 pre-activated” folder plus an amtlib patch is stolen licensing. Adobe apps check the account. Grey-market keys are often recycled seats.

Your download should start in Creative Cloud

If nothing installs, this ID is a free CC account, or Adobe hid Dimension under older apps.

What to do next

1. Install Creative Cloud Desktop if it is missing.
2. Sign in.
3. Find Dimension. Turn on Show Older Apps if needed.
4. Install 4.1.7.
5. Open a small scene — not the 8K product shot on day one.

Typical folder: Creative Cloud cache under your profile.
App path: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Dimension.

Do not take a 2 GB “full ISO” from a forum.

New 3D work: install Substance 3D Stager from a Substance 3D Collection seat. Stager can open Dimension files (look may shift because the renderer and materials changed).

Windows may warn you. Check the publisher.

• Publisher should read Adobe.
• SmartScreen can appear on a new CC setup. Use More info only if the signature is Adobe.
• Do not turn off Defender to “activate.”
• Do not replace licensing DLLs.

Help → About should show 4.1.7. 4.1.4–4.1.7 are security drops. Creative Cloud Libraries inside Dimension ended in 4.1.1 — that is expected, not a broken crack.

Adobe’s support policy also notes no LTS track for Dimension / Substance 3D apps. Plan an exit.

Trial and subscription

Dimension was bundled with paid Creative Cloud (All Apps and several other paid plans). It is not a free CC download. Stager is sold in the Substance 3D Collection, which is a different basket.

A $15 “Dimension 2026 lifetime” key is not Adobe.

Will Adobe Dimension run on this PC?

Use the requirements Creative Cloud shows for 4.1.x on your account. Practical floor: current 64-bit Windows, a real GPU, enough RAM to load Stock models, internet to activate. Do not expect a 2026-era Windows ARM story — new 3D investment is in Stager / Viewer.

Already installed? Use Creative Cloud → Updates for 4.1.7. You do not download a second “2026 full.”

Install Adobe Dimension: first scene and sign-in

First run

1. Open Adobe Dimension.
2. Sign in with the same Adobe ID.
3. Drop a starter model and a background — not production packaging on day one.
4. Check Help → About for 4.1.7.
5. Export or save .dn, then try the same file in Stager if you have it.

Uninstall: Creative Cloud → Uninstall. Close Dimension first.

If it did not work

• App missing in CC — free account, or entitlement removed.
• Libraries panel dead — retired in 4.1.1.
• Installer is 40 MB named Dimension_Unlocked — leave.
• Looking for new features — there are none planned; use Stager.

Why anyone still installs Dimension

• Existing .dn mockups
• A CC All Apps seat that still lists it
• A simple product-viz habit that has not moved

Status (Adobe)

• Supported for technical / security updates
• No new workflow features planned
• Stager is the product the same team builds
• 4.1.7 = January 2026 security

Export stills and open scenes in Stager before the next policy change.

Is this the official file?
Yes if it came from Creative Cloud / adobe.com and the publisher is Adobe.

Is Dimension free?
Not on a free CC account. Paid plans that still list it can install it.

Is Dimension dead?
Not removed today. Feature work is over. Stager is the live app.

Dimension vs Stager?
Dimension = old CC mockup. Stager = Substance 3D collection, opens .dn.

Safe?
Official CC installer. The usual risk is fake “Dimension 2026 full” sites.

Install from Creative Cloud if the account lists Dimension. Update to 4.1.7. Move new work to Stager.
