EaseUS Partition Master is the disk tool. Current installer line on EaseUS’s download desk is V20.x (older majors still listed). The WinPE ISO / USB is not a separate cracked download. You install Partition Master, activate a paid edition, then use Bootable Media → Create. Free cannot build that emergency disk (EaseUS: WinPE from v18+ needs the activated edition). “PM 20 WinPE ISO full” from a forum is how disks get wiped.

There is no extra unlocked setup and no public “always-latest” ISO on a file host.
- Download V20.x from EaseUS
- Install
- Enter the Pro / Server / Technician key
- Bootable Media → Create → USB, DVD, or export ISO
- If USB fails: EaseUS says try MBR + FAT32 on that stick, or export ISO and burn with another tool
A “WinPE 20 pre-activated ISO” is stolen licensing plus a random disk image. Grey-market keys are often recycled seats.

- Download V20.x (or the major on your invoice — archive lists 19 back to 10).
- Install. Activate.
- Create a Windows restore point and copy off data you care about.

What to do next (WinPE)
- Spare USB (or blank DVD).
- In Partition Master: Bootable Media.
- USB / DVD or save ISO.
- Create.
- Boot the target PC from that media (UEFI/BIOS boot menu). Do not format the Windows disk from WinPE unless that is the job and you have a backup.
Stuck creating media: KB 20018 — USB MBR + FAT32; email EaseUS if you need them to send their ISO.
Windows may warn you. Check the publisher.
- Publisher should read EaseUS / CHENGDU Yiwo.
- SmartScreen can appear on a new setup. Use More info only if the signature is EaseUS.
- Do not turn off Defender to “build WinPE.”
- Creating USB erases that USB. Pick the right drive letter.

Trial and licence
Free scan of the disk map is fine. Paid key unlocks WinPE and the extra tools on the comparison chart. Activate in-app. Cancel a subscription in EaseUS account if you only wanted a look.
A $10 “Pro + WinPE lifetime 2026” pack is not EaseUS.
Will it run on this PC?
EaseUS aims at current Windows 10/11 (they still market 7/8). Creating WinPE wants a working PC, admin rights, and a USB or DVD. The WinPE environment then boots machines that will not start. Server SKUs if the box is Server.

Already installed? Download V20.x over the old major only if your upgrade policy allows. You do not add a second “Pro full.”
Install, first resize, then WinPE
First run (Windows)
- Open Partition Master.
- Activate.
- Look. Do not apply a 2 TB move on C: as test one.
- Backup. Then one small data partition if you must practise.
WinPE
- Create media from the activated app.
- Boot a test PC from USB.
- Confirm you see disks.
- Leave. Put the stick in a drawer.
Uninstall the Windows app: Settings → Apps.
If it did not work
- No Bootable Media — Free / trial.
- USB create fail — MBR FAT32 or export ISO.
- 80 MB
EPM_WinPE_Unlocked— leave.
Why people still use this pair
- Grow C: without reinstall
- Clone HDD → SSD
- Fix partitions when Windows will not boot
It will not replace a full-disk image.
Questions before you trust the installer
Is this the official file?
Yes if the EXE came from easeus.com and the publisher is EaseUS. The ISO should come out of that app.
Is WinPE free?
No. Paid, activated edition.
ISO vs USB?
Same builder. USB direct, or export ISO and burn.
Safe?
Official EaseUS installer. Forum “WinPE 2026 ISO” files are the risk.

Install V20.x from EaseUS. Activate. Build WinPE from Bootable Media. Keep a backup before you touch C:.
