IObit Uninstaller Pro is IObit’s leftover-cleaner. Current line is Uninstaller 15; IObit’s own update page lists Pro 15.6.0 (30 July 2026). Free and Pro share an installer; Pro is a paid licence. “Uninstaller 15 Pro portable green” packs from blogs are not IObit. It is not Revo. Uncheck extra offers during setup.

There is no extra unlocked setup.
- Download from iobit.com
- During setup, uncheck bundled IObit apps you do not want
- Open Uninstaller
- Enter the Pro key from your IObit order
- Create a restore point before a forced uninstall
A “15.6 pre-activated green” zip is stolen licensing. Grey-market keys are often recycled seats.
Your download should start on iobit.com
If the EXE is 8 MB named IU_Pro_Full, leave.
What to do next
- Open IObit Uninstaller on iobit.com.
- Download.
- Custom install. Decline extras.
- Launch. Options → My subscription to paste the key.
- Uninstall one leftover app first — not fifteen Store apps in a batch.
Typical folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\IObit\IObit Uninstaller.
Check for updates in the app for 15.6.0.
Free is enough if you only need a leftover scan after a normal uninstall.
Windows may warn you. Check the publisher.
- Publisher should read IObit.
- SmartScreen can appear on a new setup. Use More info only if the signature is IObit.
- Do not turn off Defender to “force uninstall Security.”
- Admin rights required.
Watch the installer checkboxes. That is how extra IObit tools get on the PC.

A $5 “Pro lifetime 2026” key is not IObit.

IObit manual: Windows XP–11, 300 MB disk, 1024×768. Japan pages add admin and internet. Use Windows 10/11. Do not uninstall .NET / VC++ just because they look “unused.”

Install IObit Uninstaller, first uninstall, and leftovers
First run
- Open IObit Uninstaller.
- Select one program.
- Let its uninstaller run.
- Scan leftovers. Tick only what is clearly that app.
- Reboot if it asks.
Uninstall IObit: Settings → Apps.
If it did not work
- Key rejected — Free build or expired sub.
- Forced uninstall broke a driver — restore point.
- 10 MB
IU_Unlocked— leave.
