If you searched for “Proton VPN Plus full,” “lifetime key,” or “activated”

There is no extra unlocked Plus setup.

A “5.1.7 pre-activated” folder plus a patched service is stolen licensing or malware. Grey-market keys are often recycled.

Proton Mail login works for VPN if you already have Proton.

• SmartScreen can appear on a new 5.1 setup. Use More info only if that name matches.

Trial and licence

Free plan is real (fewer locations). Paid is subscription — cancel in the Proton account. Device limits follow the plan (paid often 10). Not a lifetime crack.

A $8 “Plus lifetime 2026” keygen is not Proton.

Will it run on this PC?

Proton: Windows 10 64-bit (19045 / 22H2+) and Windows 11. Separate ARM64 build. Admin to install the service / drivers. Internet to sign in. Not a substitute for HTTPS on shady sites.

Already installed? Same official EXE. You do not hunt a second “full.”

Install, first connect, and the account

First run

1. Open Proton VPN.
2. Sign in.
3. Quick Connect.
4. Check the tray IP if you care.
5. Don’t torrent copyrighted files just because a server allows P2P.

Uninstall: Settings → Apps → Proton VPN.

If it did not work

• Few countries — Free plan.
• Won’t install — “Get apps from anywhere.”
• 5 MB PVPN_Unlocked — leave.
