Topaz DeNoise AI
Topaz DeNoise AI is Topaz Labs’ older standalone denoiser (last public line about 3.7.x). New denoise models (Denoise Max, raw denoise, etc.) ship in Topaz Photo — the current app after Photo AI froze at 4.0.4. Official files: topazlabs.com/downloads and your Topaz account. “DeNoise AI 3.7 unlocked plugin” is not Topaz. Photo AI is legacy (no new models). This is not Lightroom. Use it on photos you own. GPU helps; models are large.

A “3.7.2 pre-activated” folder plus a patched TopazDeNoiseAI.exe is stolen licensing. Grey-market keys are often recycled.
Photo AI 4.0.4 still runs if you bought that perpetual line — Topaz says no new models.

If the EXE is 20 MB named DeNoiseAI_2026, leave. Online stub is small; models are gigabytes.

Trial and licence
Topaz trial, then Photo subscription (current commerce) or a legacy perpetual if you still have DeNoise / Photo AI. Auth is checked periodically on Photo. Cancel in the Topaz account.
A $12 “DeNoise lifetime 2026” key is not Topaz.
Will it run on this PC?
Current Photo wants a modern Win10/11 64-bit box, 16 GB RAM comfortable, NVIDIA/AMD for speed, tens of GB for models. DeNoise AI 3.7 was lighter and listed Win7–11 64-bit on old sheets. Snapdragon: separate Photo installer. Internet for licence + first models. SSD strongly recommended.

Install, first RAW, and the key
First run
- Open Topaz Photo or DeNoise AI.
- Sign in.
- One noisy RAW you own.
- Compare strength vs mush.
- Export; batch after one good preset.
Uninstall: Settings → Apps.
If it did not work
- Watermark — no seat.
- Model download fail — retry on Photo 1.4.1+ / 1.5.1.
- 25 MB
DNAI_Unlocked— leave.
