Wondershare PDFelement Pro is the paid PDF editor SKU. Official Windows file is the current installer from pdf.wondershare.com/download (support still names pdfelement-pro_full5239.exe). Install Pro · Standard enough? · Already licensed?

If you searched for “PDFelement 10 Pro full,” “11 portable,” or “activated”

There is no extra unlocked setup.

• First, download from pdf.wondershare.com.
• Next, install.
• Then, sign in with the Wondershare ID that bought Pro.
• Finally, OCR / batch / advanced tools stay locked on the free trial.

A “Pro pre-activated” folder plus a patch is stolen licensing. Grey-market keys are often recycled IDs.

Wondershare still lists older majors (11 / 10 / 9…) on the download center if you legally own that year. New PCs should take the current installer.

If the EXE is 15 MB named PDFElement_Full, leave.

What to do next

1. Open pdf.wondershare.com/download.html.
2. Download PDFelement for Windows.
3. If that fails, use Wondershare’s documented fallback: pdfelement-pro_full5239.exe.
4. Run the installer.
5. Sign in. Open one PDF.

Typical folder: C:\Program Files\Wondershare\PDFelement.

Online tools / Cloud on the same site are not the desktop Pro app.

Windows may warn you. Check the publisher.

• Publisher should read Wondershare.
• SmartScreen can appear on a new setup. Use More info only if the signature is Wondershare.
• Do not turn off Defender to “enable OCR.”
• Do not block Wondershare domains if you use cloud / updates.

Wondershare’s own trial FAQ: unregistered trial is limited (create / view / protect / organize). OCR, compress, XFA and similar stay off until you pay.

Trial and licence

You can install without an account. Paid Pro is subscription or a perpetual key for a named major (Wondershare has described perpetual as covering that version — e.g. a “12” key does not become every future release). Cancel in the Wondershare account if you only wanted the trial.

A $12 “PDFelement Pro lifetime 2026” key is not Wondershare.

Will it run on this PC?

Published floors are old and low: about Pentium 4, Windows 7–11 (some pages still mention Vista), 512 MB RAM (1 GB better), 1.5 GB disk, internet for activation. Use Windows 10/11 64-bit and 8 GB RAM if you OCR.

Already installed? In-app / site update. You do not download a second “Pro full.”

Install, first PDF, and Pro check

First run

1. Open PDFelement.
2. Sign in with the Pro Wondershare ID.
3. Confirm OCR / Pro tools are not greyed out.
4. Edit one page.
5. Set default PDF app in Windows only if you want Wondershare.

Uninstall: Settings → Apps.

If it did not work

• OCR locked — Standard or trial.
• Serial rejected — wrong major (perpetual 10 key on current).
• 20 MB PDFelement_Unlocked — leave.

Why people still buy Pro

• Acrobat-class edit without Adobe
• OCR on scans
• Same Wondershare ID as Filmora if you already have one

It will not replace a records system.
