CSI ETABS Ultimate
CSI ETABS is Computers and Structures, Inc.’s building analysis/design app. People say “ETABS Ultimate” for the top licence level (some features are Ultimate-only). Current public train from CSI partners: v23.2.0 (Feb 2026). Official files: CSI Customer Center email / download after purchase or trial — csiamerica.com. Cloud setup vs Legacy (standalone/network) are different EXEs. “ETABS 23 Ultimate unlocked” is not CSI. Trial first. This is not STAAD. Use it on models your firm owns. Activation key / Cloud licence from CSI — not a keygen. Older major versions can stay installed beside a new one.

If you searched for “CSI ETABS 23 Ultimate full,” “portable,” or “activated”
There is no extra unlocked Ultimate setup.

A “23.2.0 pre-activated” folder plus a patched CSi licence service is stolen licensing. Grey-market keys are often recycled.

Your download should start in CSI Customer Center / the CSI email
If the ISO is 400 MB named ETABS_Ultimate_2026, leave. Real installs are multi-GB.
What to do next
- Request trial or sign in at CSI.
- Download the installer that matches Cloud vs network/standalone.
- Run as admin (64-bit only).
- Activate.
- New building model you own.
Typical folder: C:\Program Files\Computers and Structures\ETABS *.
CSiXRevit / CSiXCAD are separate official downloads.
Windows may warn you. Check the publisher.
- Publisher should read Computers and Structures / CSI.
- SmartScreen can appear on a new 23 setup. Use More info only if that name matches.
- Do not turn off Defender to “register Ultimate.”
- DirectX 11/12 discrete GPU recommended.

Trial and licence
Trial from CSI. Paid: Cloud or legacy standalone/network. Level (including Ultimate) is on the contract. Renew/upgrade in CSI Customer Center.
A $45 “Ultimate lifetime 2026” key is not CSI.
Will it run on this PC?
Official sheet: Windows 10 or 11 64-bit, 64-bit CPU (12th-gen i5/Ryzen 5 Zen3+ recommended), 16 GB RAM min (64 GB recommended), 6 GB to install, PCIe SSD, 1080p / 1 GB VRAM min, DX11/12 discrete 4 GB VRAM better. Big NLTH models want RAM + SSD, not a network drive.

Already installed? CSI email for the next 23.x. You do not hunt a second “Ultimate full.”
Install, first model, and the key
First run
- Open ETABS.
- Activate Cloud / key.
- New steel/concrete building you own.
- Save outside Program Files.
- Don’t point at a cracked licence server.
Uninstall: Settings → Apps.
If it did not work
- Feature grey — not Ultimate.
- Cloud fail — wrong setup EXE.
- 90 MB
ETABS_Unlocked— leave.
Why firms still install official ETABS

It will not replace a PE stamp.

Is this the official file?
Yes if it came from CSI Customer Center and the publisher is CSI.
Is Ultimate a separate download?
Usually one ETABS + licence level.
Safe?
Official CSI installer. Forum “ETABS Ultimate 23 full” files are the risk.

Install ETABS from the CSI download link. Activate a real Cloud or legacy seat at the level you paid for.
