KeyShot Pro is Luxion’s real-time renderer (KeyShot Studio). Current docs/manuals are KeyShot Studio 2026. Official: keyshot.com (Maxon KB also points there). Pro is a licence feature (vs HD / Enterprise / floating). “KeyShot 2025 Pro unlocked” is not Luxion. Trial first. This is not Blender Cycles. Use it on CAD you have the right to render. Network Rendering and Cloud Library are separate paid pieces, not a forum “HDRi pack.” Old versions lose licence servers after Luxion EOL.

There is no extra unlocked Pro setup.

A “2024.3 pre-activated” folder plus a patched licence is stolen licensing. Grey-market keys are often recycled. After EOL, Luxion turns licensing off for that train.

If the EXE is 40 MB named KS_Pro_Crack, leave. Real Studio setups are large.

What to do next

1. Sign in at KeyShot.
2. Download KeyShot Studio Windows.
3. Run installer (all-users vs just-me).
4. Activate Pro / floating.
5. Import a model you own.

Typical folders: C:\Program Files\KeyShot Studio and Documents\KeyShot Studio.

Network Rendering / Render Queue is extra media — 2026 notes Queue ships with Studio on Windows.

Windows may warn you. Check the publisher.

• Publisher should read Luxion.
• SmartScreen can appear on a new 2026 setup. Use More info only if that name matches.
• Do not turn off Defender to “register Pro.”
• GPU mode: NVIDIA driver 576.52+ (they also mention 591.44+ if it freezes); AMD RDNA3+ / RX 7600+ with their driver floor.

Trial and licence

Trial from KeyShot. Paid node or floating (silent install can set FLEXLM=). Subscription / perpetual depends on the quote. Cancel in the Luxion/KeyShot account.

A $35 “Pro lifetime 2026 + all materials” key is not Luxion.

Will it run on this PC?

Official Studio sheet: 64-bit, Win10 22H2–Win11 (Server 2019–2022 listed), 4 GB RAM min (16 GB+ real), quad-core + SSE4.1, OpenGL 2.0 UI. GPU mode: NVIDIA Maxwell+ (Turing+ better), 8 GB VRAM typical, driver 576.52+. AI shots like 16 GB VRAM. CPU still does the heavy lifting if GPU mode is off. Internet to activate.

Already installed? keyshot.com current Studio. You do not hunt a second “full.”

Install, first scene, and the seat

First run

1. Open KeyShot Studio.
2. Import STEP/OBJ you own.
3. One HDRI from your library or licensed Cloud.
4. Render a still.
5. Don’t load a cracked material library.

Uninstall: Settings → Apps.

If it did not work

• HD limits — not a Pro feature checkout.
• GPU icon grey — driver / AMD generation.
• 40 MB KS_Unlocked — leave.

Why studios still install official KeyShot Pro

• Fast look-dev on CAD
• Studio 2026 current
• Luxion / FlexLM licensing

It will not replace a licensed CAD seat.

Current product name is KeyShot Studio. Paths dropped the old KeyShot11 folder style.
