Nitro PDF Pro 26.2.5 Enterprise
Nitro PDF Pro is Nitro’s paid Windows editor from gonitro.com. Current line is Nitro PDF Pro 26 — 26.1.6.0 (6 August 2026). A v14 branch (14.43.7.0) is still listed for older named-user fleets. For other software, also see Free YouTube Download Premium and File Centipede. However, “Nitro Pro 2026 full” is not a cracked Acrobat. In addition, Nitro Sign is a browser product, not this EXE.

Edit, OCR, convert, and (on current 26.x) use Nitro’s in-app AI tools tab. You download EXE (one PC) or 64-bit MSI (IT), then activate with a Nitro account / Admin Portal named-user seat.

If you searched for “Nitro Pro 13 full,” “26.1 portable,” or “activated”
In short, there is no extra unlocked setup.
- First, download 26.1.6.0 (or 14.43.7.0 if that is your contract year) from gonitro.com.
- First, install EXE or MSI.
- Next, sign in with the Nitro account that owns the seat.
- Finally, stay online for activation and updates.
A “26 pre-activated” folder plus a patch is stolen licensing. Grey-market keys are often recycled seats.
Also, 32-bit Windows: Nitro stopped supporting it from v14.20. Use 64-bit.
Your download should start on gonitro.com
For example, if the EXE is 25 MB named NitroPro_Full, leave.
What to do next
- Open product downloads.
- First, take Nitro PDF Pro 26 for Windows (26.1.6.0).
- EXE for one machine. MSI for Intune / SCCM / GPO.
- For MSI: install current VC++ first.
- Sign in. Open one PDF.
Typical folder: under C:\Program Files\Nitro\ (exact name follows the installer).
v14 fleet: Business v14 MSI — 14.43.7.0. Prefer 26.x on new PCs if the licence allows.
Need signatures only? That is Nitro Sign in the browser — no desktop EXE.
Windows may warn you. Check the publisher.
- Publisher should read Nitro Software / Gonitro.
- SmartScreen can appear on a new 26.x setup. Use More info only if the signature is Nitro.
- Do not turn off Defender to “activate Pro.”
- Do not replace licensing DLLs.
Named-user seats live in the Nitro Admin Portal. Each person needs a Nitro account.

Nitro PDF Pro trial and licence
Nitro documents a trial and named-user plans. Cancel in the Nitro account if you only wanted the trial. Team seats are assigned in Admin Portal (SSO on some plans).
Similarly, a $15 “Nitro Pro lifetime 2026” key is not Nitro.
Will Nitro PDF Pro run on this PC?
Nitro’s June 2026 requirements article: Windows 10 or 11, 1 GHz min / 2 GHz better, 2 GB RAM min / 4 GB better, 1 GB disk plus temp space, .NET (installer can add it), Office for Office-convert features, internet for activation, admin to install. Other Nitro spec pages still list Server 2016/2019, 1.5 GHz, 4.5 GB disk, WebView2. Use 64-bit.

Already installed? In-app updater to 26.1.6.0. You do not hunt a second “Pro full.”
Install Nitro PDF Pro, first PDF, and sign-in
First run
- Open Nitro PDF Pro.
- Sign in with the Nitro account.
- Help / About should show 26.1.6.0 (or 14.43.x on that branch).
- Set default PDF app in Windows if you want Nitro.
- Edit one file before you batch-OCR a scanned archive.
Uninstall: Settings → Apps.
If it did not work
- MSI fail — install VC++ first.
- 32-bit PC — not supported on current builds.
- 20 MB
Nitro_Unlocked— leave.
