Retouch Pro is not an Adobe product. The name that matches Adobe Exchange / “Retouch Pro for Adobe Photoshop” is a Kuafara panel: Window → Extensions → Retouch Pro. It needs licensed English-language Photoshop. A GitHub/Loader.exe “Photoshop Retouch Pro 2024” pack is malware, not the panel. This guide shows where to get the retouch pro photoshop panel safely.

Official path: Adobe Exchange → install into Photoshop — not a “Retouch Pro 2026” ISO.
Kuafara’s panel wraps frequency-separation style tools, dodge & burn, anti-glare and export shortcuts. It is a small extension (~1 MB listed), last Exchange version 2.0.0 (January 2022). Other shops sell different products with almost the same name.

• Install Photoshop from Creative Cloud
• Install Retouch Pro from Adobe Exchange (or Creative Cloud Marketplace)
• Restart Photoshop
• Window → Extensions → Retouch Pro

A 2 GB “Retouch Pro 2024 AI” folder with Loader.exe is a pirated Photoshop wrapper. Grey-market “lifetime panel + Ps 2026” keys are stolen Adobe IDs.

Retouch Pro Photoshop download should start on Adobe Exchange

If nothing appears, Photoshop is not English (publisher warning), Extensions is hidden, or you bought a different Retouch Pro.

What to do next

1. Update Photoshop from Creative Cloud.
2. Open Retouch Pro on Adobe Exchange while signed in.
3. Free install as listed there (confirm the current price on the page).
4. Quit and reopen Photoshop.
5. Window → Extensions → Retouch Pro.

Typical size on Exchange: ~972 KB. If the file is 1.5 GB, you downloaded the wrong thing.

Kuafara documents: use English-language Photoshop or the panel can error.

Windows may warn you. Check the publisher.

Exchange lists Kuafara Retouch Pro as Free on the page captured here. Confirm before you install. It does not include Photoshop. You still need a Creative Cloud Photoshop seat.

A $5 “Retouch Pro lifetime + Ps unlocked” key is not Kuafara and not Adobe.

Will it run on this PC?

You need Windows Photoshop that Exchange still marks compatible (listing historically: Photoshop 18.2–99.9, Win32/Win64). Practical floor = whatever current Photoshop 27.x needs: 64-bit Windows, 8 GB+ RAM, internet to sign in. The panel is tiny; Photoshop is the heavy install.

Open an RGB portrait. Frequency-separation style buttons will not save a CMYK packaging file.

Already have Photoshop? Install only the Exchange panel. You do not download a second “2026 full.”

Install, first portrait, and find the panel

First run

1. Open English Photoshop.
2. Window → Extensions → Retouch Pro.
3. Open one face shot.
4. Use the publisher’s tools (Gaussian / D&B / Anti Glare as listed).
5. Watch their intro video from the Exchange page if the buttons are unclear.

Uninstall: Creative Cloud / Exchange manage plugins, or Photoshop’s plugin manager. Do not delete random folders inside Program Files\Adobe.

If it did not work

• No Extensions item — UXP/legacy workspace, or install failed.
• Errors in non-English Photoshop — publisher said this.
• 80 MB Retouch_Pro_Unlocker — leave.
• Want Adobe-native skin tools instead — Remove tool, Neural Filters, Generative Fill.

Why this is a panel page, not a Photoshop page

• Retouch Pro does not replace Photoshop
• Several vendors reused the same marketing name
• Adobe’s own retouch stack does not need this panel

Buy the panel you actually paid for. Keep Photoshop current from Adobe.

Is this an official Adobe EXE?
No. Adobe hosts the Exchange listing. Kuafara built the panel.

Is it free?
Exchange listed it as free. Other “Retouch Pro” panels are paid.

Do I need Photoshop 2026?
You need a current legal Photoshop. The panel is not a year-numbered Adobe app.

Safe?
Exchange + Adobe-signed Photoshop. Forum “full packs” are the risk.

After Photoshop is installed

Install Retouch Pro from Exchange. Restart. Open Window → Extensions. If you wanted Adobe-only tools, skip the panel and use Remove / Neural Filters / Firefly.
