Mastercam is CNC Software’s CAM suite. Current public line: Mastercam 2026, including 2026 R2 / R2 Update 1. Official installers come from a signed-in mastercam.com account (or your reseller). Web setup is about 2 GB (mastercam2026-web.exe class). “Mastercam 2026 R2 unlocked + all posts” is not CNC Software. 2026 and 2026.R2 cannot sit on the same PC if you use the standalone full installer. Maintenance date rules apply (forums cite 31 Jan 2026+ for that R2 U1 package). This is not Fusion. Program parts you have the right to machine. HASP / network licence from your dealer — not a keygen. Home “edu crack” seats are still stolen commercial seats.

Min: 2.4 GHz 64-bit CPU, 8–12 GB RAM, OpenGL 3.2 / OpenCL 1.2, 1 GB discrete VRAM, 1920×1080, 20 GB free. Recommended: i7/i9 3.2 GHz+, 32–64 GB, NVIDIA RTX / AMD Pro 4 GB+ (GPU sim happier at 12 GB class). SSD. USB/DVD only if that is how they ship the licence. Not 32-bit.

Already installed? In-app updater or official R2 U1. You do not hunt a second “full.”

Install, first toolpath, and the SIM

First run

1. Open Mastercam 2026.
2. Confirm the licence.
3. File you own.
4. One roughing path.
5. Don’t load a warez post library.

Uninstall: Settings → Apps (required before a standalone R2 full install).

If it did not work

• Won’t launch — maintenance date / missing SIM.
• 2026 + R2 both installed — not supported on full media.
• 90 MB MC_Unlocked — leave.
