Kutools for Excel is ExtendOffice’s Windows Excel add-in (300+ tools). Current public line: v36.00 (7 Aug 2026). Official: extendoffice.com/download. Trial first (pages say 30 or 45 days — use theirs). You need desktop Excel already installed (2010–2024 / Microsoft 365, 32- or 64-bit matching the add-in). “Kutools 36 unlocked” is not ExtendOffice. This is not Excel itself. Use it on workbooks you own. No macOS. Kutools for Office is the five-app bundle — different installer if that is what you paid for. Close Excel before setup. Uninstall the old Kutools before a major jump.

Install v36 · Need Kutools for Office suite? · Already licensed?

If you searched for “Kutools 36 full,” “portable,” or “activated”

There is no extra unlocked add-in.

• extendoffice.com/download → Kutools for Excel
• Close Excel
• Run KutoolsforExcelSetup.exe
• Enable the COM add-in if the tab is missing
• Buy from ExtendOffice when the trial ends

A “36.00 pre-activated” folder plus a patched licence is stolen licensing. Grey-market keys are often recycled.

Chinese mirror sites are not the English ExtendOffice store.

Your download should start on extendoffice.com

If the EXE is 8 MB named Kutools_Crack, leave. Official v36 is about 100–125 MB.

What to do next

1. Official download.
2. Uninstall previous Kutools if they tell you to.
3. Install as admin.
4. Open desktop Excel.
5. Use tools on a sheet you own — not a pirated Office.

Typical folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Kutools for Excel.

Windows may warn you. Check the publisher.

• Publisher should read ExtendOffice.
• SmartScreen can appear on a new 36 setup. Use More info only if that name matches.
• Do not turn off Defender to “register Kutools.”
• Excel bitness must match (64-bit Excel ≠ 32-bit add-in).

Pick the right Windows file

Trial and licence

Full trial (30–45 days per page). Then one-time style licence with ~2 years updates on their order page (read the live terms). 60-day money-back is advertised. Cancel nothing if you never subscribed; retrieve the key from their email.

A $5 “Kutools lifetime 2026” paste is not ExtendOffice.

Will it run on this PC?

Official-style sheets: Windows 7–11 and Server 2008–2025, 32/64-bit, Citrix / Terminal Server. Office 2010–2024 / Microsoft 365 desktop, 32/64. No Mac. Excel must already work. ~125 MB setup. Internet for activation / updates. Excel Online in a browser is not the host.

Already installed? Uninstall old → official v36. You do not hunt a second “full.”

Install, first tool, and the key

First run

1. Open Excel.
2. Kutools ribbon.
3. File → Options → Add-ins if the tab is gone.
4. One feature on a test book.
5. Don’t run a cracked Office + cracked Kutools stack.

Uninstall: Settings → Apps / their uninstaller. Close Excel first.

If it did not work

• No tab — add-in disabled or bitness mismatch.
• Trial tools grey — expired.
• 15 MB KTE_Unlocked — leave.

Why people still buy official Kutools for Excel

• Batch Excel chores
• v36 still dated Aug 2026
• ExtendOffice key

It will not replace learning Power Query.
